Manufactured using vacuum cushions.

The body cast is processed with a 3D scanner and a special software.
It is then carved out of a foam block in detail using a milling robot.

A summer- / winter spacer (E 1 1 760) made from 1 cm spacer fabric is also available.
This serves for better air circulation and to make small changes due to growth or clothing.
The spacer fabric is removed and offers more space in all directions of the seat shell.

A very precise system which offers excellent comfort / fit.
Also used for cerebral damage, skeletal deformation and muscular diseases.

Available as a one- or two-piece seat shell, offering an adjustable and flexible seat / back angle.
